A splash of Spring despite the snow . . .

Here in the UK we are really having a bitterly cold spell of weather but nevertheless the daffs and crocus are cheering everything up  . .where they can peek through the snow. Fortunately we are clear here now except for a few places along the sides of the roads . . . but the wind brrrrr

This is my entry for Texture Tuesday over at KimKlassencafe.com. The textures I used were Venice and Serious Magic . .xox

Roses on a snowy day . . .

Not outside, but a bunch inside, cheering me up during this very unseasonable spell of snowy weather. . . . .

Tuesday already . . . .

I don’t know where the time goes . . .
I bought the most lovely bunch of cream frilly tulips some days ago and they have turned out to be such an inspiration.
Here’s one shot and I’ve used textures by KIm Klassen to get the look I wanted.
I’m going to post this over at Texture Tuesday , just click this link if you want to have a look at the other lovely entries . . .Kim Klassen, Texture Tuesday xox

Misty morning . . . .

This was the scene when I took the dog for a walk a couple of days ago. It was a lovely early morning . .frosty and hazy but the sun was beginning to break through.

Whilst it’s sometimes hard to tear myself out of bed in the early morning when I’m out walking and it’s like this it’s so worth it. . . .

I’m linking this to Texture Tuesday over at Kim Klassen cafe. The texture I used was “Bamboo” from Kim’s new Cloth & Paper collection. If you would like to check out the other entries this is the link . . . .Texture Tuesday . . . xox

Texture Tuesday

It’s Texture Tuesday over at Kim Klassen cafe and for most of last year I didn’t take part because of the upheaval of moving countries and all that entails. . . . but things have really settled down now and I’m picking up all the pieces I had to put to one side.

This is my entry for this week. xox
